Jdb Terms and Conditions — Usage Rules & Terms

To open an account on the jdb platform, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and your own — opening an account under another person's identity or with false information is strictly prohibited. Each user may operate only one account; we reserve the right to cancel all accounts if multiple accounts are created. It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential, and you must refrain from granting access to third parties. Please notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Registrants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Verification with a national identity card or valid identity document may be required.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to a third party.

All financial transactions on the jdb platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), and deposits and withdrawals can be made via local mobile banking methods. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may change from time to time; please contact our support team for the latest limits. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1–3 business days after verification, though this may take longer if additional verification is required. Funds obtained from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal; requests that do not meet the requirements may be rejected. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend an account and conduct an investigation if necessary in the case of suspicious transactions.

• Deposited funds must come solely from the account holder's own sources.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the account will be immediately suspended.
• Identity verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found, the balance may be confiscated.

All games on the jdb platform are operated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring impartiality and fairness. Using any bots, automation software, or third-party tools to operate games is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Attempting to gain bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in the cancellation of all associated accounts. Any disputes regarding game results must be reported in writing to our support team within 24 hours. Our decisions are final and binding in all cases.

• Intentionally disconnecting or manipulating the connection during a game is prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit system errors or bugs will result in cancellation of winnings.
• We operate active monitoring systems to prevent misuse of promotional offers.
• All game results are logged and used for dispute resolution.

Any form of fraud, hacking, phishing, or cyberattacks on our platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Threatening, harassing, or abusive behavior toward other users will result in immediate account suspension. Promoting political, religious, or divisive content on the platform is prohibited. Placing bets on behalf of or under the direction of a third party, or managing another person's account, is strictly forbidden. Violating these restrictions may result in permanent account closure including forfeiture of balance, and law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently close any account, for any reason, without prior notice — particularly in cases of terms violations. Users may also request account closure at any time through our support team and will be eligible to receive any valid remaining balance. Our liability will be limited for losses caused by unexpected technical issues, server downtime, or third-party service disruptions on the jdb platform. We will not be held responsible if game results are affected by internet connectivity issues or device malfunctions. Claims that are not permissible under the applicable laws of Bangladesh shall be limited by these terms.
